Pursuant to G.L.c. 278, §§ 33A-33G, the defendant appeals from a conviction of conspiracy to commit armed robbery of a bank while masked or disguised. He was sentenced to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years nor less than seven years. We transferred the appeal from the Appeals Court to this court on our own motion.
