The appellant, Donald Shock, sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment while driving a truck for Wheeling Pipe Line, Inc.

Three separate hearings were held, the first on November 2, 1977, the second on October 3, 1978, and the last on August 24, 1979. The administrative law judge entered a decision finding that the claimant was barred from recovery of benefits...
