This is a redhibition suit. Plaintiff, Insurance Planning Service Corporation, filed suit against Mercedes Benz of North America, Inc. (Mercedes Benz), University Volkswagen, Inc., and Miller-Terrell Imports, Inc. (Miller-Terrell) for the return of the purchase price of two (2) Mercedes Benz automobiles purchased by plaintiff.
