Appellant, Cheryl D. Taylor (Taylor), appeals from an order entered by a threejudge panel of the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Court which dismissed Taylor's petition. The three-judge court order found in essence that while the plaintiff sustained an accident in the course of her employment, the accident caused only slight or trivial injury to the plaintiff.
