The father and managing conservator of C. E. B., a nine year old female, seeks the reversal of an order modifying the visitation privileges of the mother as possessory conservator. A reversal is justified, the father contends in the main, because the state of the evidence does not warrant a change of access to or custody of the child, and the order is unlawful and an abuse of judicial discretion. We cannot say that the order is vulnerable...
