This is an action for declaratory judgment. Plaintiffs, all members of the Suffern High School hockey team, were suspended from that competition for a period of six weeks following an investigation which concerned certain violations of training rules. Plaintiffs contend that these suspensions were violative of the plaintiffs' rights under section 3214 of the Education Law of the State of New York, and in violation of their rights...
