Appellant pleaded guilty to four counts of Obtaining a Controlled Substance by Fraud in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 82-2619. The trial court sentenced appellant to the Arkansas Department of Corrections for two years on each count. The sentences were suspended, and defendant was placed on probation for two years.
