OPINION

PHILLIPS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for burglary of a habitation. Appellant entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to imprisonment for 20 years.

Prior to appellant's plea of guilty, a jury was impaneled to determine his competency to stand trial. The jury found that appellant was competent. Appellant contends that he was denied both a fair hearing on the issue of competency and effective assistance of counsel. We agree...
