OPINION

FELTER, Justice.

Subsequent to his conviction of "Failure to Appear", a felony, defendant-appellant, Robert T. Montoya (Montoya), was charged by supplemental information under the Habitual Offender Act. Montoya was found by the jury to be a four-time convicted felon and sentenced to life imprisonment, from which sentence he appeals to this Court. We affirm.
