LUONGO, District Judge.

This is an action for breach of contract. Jurisdiction is based on diversity of citizenship, 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(1). The action is before me on the defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) or in the alternative to transfer to the District of New Jersey pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). For the reasons hereafter stated, I conclude that this court lacks personal jurisdiction...
