What jury instructions on the subject of conspiracy are required in a criminal trial when the crime of conspiracy is not charged but proof of a conspiracy is relied upon to establish the defendant's responsibility for the crime charged and hearsay statements of co-conspirators are admitted as evidence of the conspiracy?
