This matter is before the Court for a decision on the merits following a ten day bench trial held in September of 1979.

Plaintiff brings this action pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 16 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 14, 15 and 26, and Sections 1-3 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2, 3 seeking treble damages and injunctive relief for defendants' alleged violations of those sections by conspiring...
