This case arises from a petition for reclamation filed in a Chapter XI bankruptcy proceeding by Woods-Tucker Leasing Corporation of Georgia (Woods-Tucker). Hutcheson-Ingram Development Company (Hutcheson-Ingram), the debtor and a Texas partnership engaged in real estate development and citrus farming, approached Woods-Tucker for a $75,000 loan to complete an apartment project in Brownsville, Texas.
