Herbert Boren and Lois Boren, appellees, operate a service station in Eudora, Arkansas. On March 12, 1975, appellant's agent, Ray Reese, called on the Borens and took their application for a major medical insurance policy. Two days later, on March 14, Lois Boren slipped on ice, severely injuring her back. Ray Reese advised Lois Boren she was covered under the policy because her injury was accidental. Subsequently, she underwent surgery and other treatment...
