CASSIBRY, District Judge:

This litigation involves a collision between the Russian Motorship KHUDOZHNIK A. GERASIMOV (hereafter "KHUDOZHNIK") and the German Motorship BOCKENHEIM, in the Mississippi River near 48 Mile Point (MAHP 142.3). The colliding vessels sued each other for their damages and both colliding vessels asserted claims against the M/V VOYAGER on the ground that the M/V VOYAGER had embarrassed the navigation...
