Pursuant to its investigation into the business practices of Carvel Corporation and various suppliers to Carvel of dairy and nondairy products, on July 27, 1978, the respondent Attorney-General served upon petitioner Crowley Foods, Inc., a supplier of Carvel, a subpoena duces tecum, calling for materials which relate to petitioner's dealings with Carvel.
