Plaintiff was arrested in Poteau, Oklahoma as a fugitive from justice from the State of Arkansas. After federal authorities obtained temporary custody of him pursuant to a writ of habeas corpus ad prose-quendum, plaintiff pled guilty in this court to violating 18 U.S.C. § 2313 and was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of three years.
