SPELLMAN, District Judge.

Defendant Maurice Gorman moves this Court to suppress the evidence obtained by the government as a result of a search of his luggage at the Miami International Airport. Gorman asserts that his constitutional rights under the Fourth Amendment were violated by an illegal search and seizure. Defendant contends that the search was unreasonable since no reason existed to hand-inspect the interior of his luggage...
