This is a case involving the dismissal of an officer from the Conway Police Department. Appellant, Gene Tittle, was dismissed from the Conway Police Department on February 28, 1975, by a letter of discharge from the chief of police which cited violations of certain sections of the rules governing the conduct of police officers.
