Defendant-appellant appeals from an order of the district court denying appellant's petition for post-conviction relief. The petition was filed pursuant to § 7-14-101 et seq., W.S. 19771 and alleged violation of appellant's constitutional rights in the particulars which are contained in the issues presented on this appeal.
