Middle-West Concrete Forming and Equipment Company appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Cabell County which set aside a jury verdict in its favor and awarded a new trial to appellee, General Insurance Company of America. Appellant contends that the trial court erred in not considering the evidence in the light most favorable to appellant and asks us to reverse the order of the lower court and reinstate the jury verdict.
