Defendant's first two assignments of error concern the admission into evidence of two photographs of the deceased, and the clothing which the deceased was wearing at the time of the alleged murder. Defendant contends that these photographs and clothes had no probative value with respect to any issue to be determined by the jury, and were submitted solely for inflammatory purposes.
