Appellant commenced this action against Guardian Angels Church, Guardian Angels School, members of the school board, and the school principal, in Carver County District Court in May of 1975 for money damages. The church and school answered the complaint, and the individual defendants (represented by the same counsel) moved for dismissal on the grounds that the complaint failed to state a claim against them in their individual capacity.
