Appellant was indicted on eighteen counts of burglary. At a pretrial hearing, appellant demurred to the indictment because of alleged defects in the form of the indictment and moved for severance of the eighteen counts for trial. The motion and demurrers were overruled. Appellant was convicted on five counts of burglary and one count of attempted burglary.
