Defendant, Kenneth B. Thomas, was tried before this court with a jury, and was convicted of conspiracy. Defendant's motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment were denied, and defendant was sentenced to 11 to 23 months in the county prison, with four years concurrent probation.
