Defendant Larry Noascono was convicted by a jury of burglary, theft of property valued at less than $150, and possession of a controlled substance (glutethimide). The trial court sentenced him to concurrent sentences of six years and eight months to 20 years for burglary, three years and four months to 10 years for possession of a controlled substance...
