Appellant, Mrs. Judith Schenck, appeals a decision of the District Court of Guam (Appellate Division) which reversed a judgment in her favor rendered by the Superior Court of Guam. The Superior Court, sitting without a jury, found that the appellee, Guam Memorial Hospital, failed to provide reasonable medical care and supervision to the appellant during surgery performed by a private physician using hospital facilities, and awarded appellant $80...
