On March 3, 1977, petitioner Delmar E. Chrisco filed his verified "Petition for Writ of Error Coram Nobis" in the Circuit Court of Dent County, Missouri. The petition attacked the validity of a plea of guilty which petitioner entered on May 9, 1960, to a charge of burglary.
