This appeal is from the trial court's dismissal with prejudice under Super.Ct.Civ.R. 41(b) of Gloria Taylor's claim of medical malpractice in the care and treatment rendered to her during an operation to remove a brain tumor. Specifically, appellant challenges the trial court's adverse rulings on her related day-of-trial motions (1) for leave to amend her pretrial statement and (2) for a continuance.
