Plaintiff, Mrs. Phyllis Hoag Snow, brought this action against her sister, Mrs. Mildred Hoag MacDonnell, to assert her claim to the ownership of:

"All of that property in Section One (1), Township Ten(10) South, Range Three(3) West, occupied and comprising the right-of-way known as U.S.Highway 90 being a strip of land approximately seventy-five (75') feet in width and approximately three thousand ...
