The defendant, William K. Anderson, was convicted of the offense of pandering following a jury trial in Peoria County. He was sentenced to a determinate term of 18 months imprisonment.

Defendant was convicted of pandering in that he arranged a situation between January 2, 1977, and May 24, 1977, for money in which one Violet Lee Greathouse might practice prostitution. No useful...
