PER CURIAM.

This is an original proceeding seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus. The proceeding was initiated upon the denial by the circuit court of Petitioner's motion for disqualification of attorneys. Due to circumstances which have come to the attention of this Court subsequent to the issuance of the order to show cause in this matter, the petition for writ of mandamus will be denied.
