Joseph Anthony Thomas Rubiano was convicted of armed robbery and kidnapping. His convictions were affirmed on direct appeal. Rubiano v. State, 147 Ga.App. 142 (248 S.E.2d 207) (1978). The state appeals the reversal by the habeas court of his convictions. This court reverses.
