This case involves the denial of an application for real estate salesman's license by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

On April 4, 1974, the commission had revoked the applicant's real estate broker's license. The superior court dismissed his appeal of the administrative agency's ruling because the appeal to the superior court was more than 30 days after the rendition of the adverse ruling.
