Gregory D. Ballard, appellant, sued Hillcrest State Bank of University Park, appellee, under the Consumer Credit Code, Tex. Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 5069-4.02 (Vernon 1971), claiming that he did not receive a copy of a credit life insurance policy which he provided as security for a loan made to him by the bank.
