This application to Assume Original Jurisdiction and for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus arises from the filing of two cases in the District Court of Oklahoma County in 1978. Both actions arose from the collision of a motor vehicle driven by Mary Crowe, deceased, and occupied by Mary Neeley as a passenger, and a Groendyke truck driven by Charles Lee Kirby about three and one-half miles west of Tonkawa, Oklahoma...
