This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted by the Jefferson Circuit Court dismissing the claims of James Hutto, Carolyn Hutto, Peter Hutto, and the James Construction Company against Bernard Bockweg and Selective Securities, Inc., for fraudulent misrepresentations made in the sale of stock to the Huttos. The motion which the court granted asserted that the claims were barred by the statute of limitations section of the Kentucky Blue Sky Law...
