BUTTLER, Judge.

The appellant is the transferee of an interest in real property conveyed to her by a judgment debtor who was entitled to a homestead exemption in the property against which the judgment was a lien. She commenced proceedings pursuant to ORS 23.2801 to effect a discharge of the judgment lien against the real property, and appeals from an order denying the relief requested.
