This is an appeal from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court affirming the denial of benefits to appellant, Sowders, under the Workmen's Compensation Act. (KRS Chapter 342 — the Act)

There is no real disparity concerning the proven facts in this case. On February 9, 1976, appellant suffered a "heart attack" at work. It was determined that appellant did not sustain a myocardial infarction in which the blood supply is cut off to a portion...
