This is an action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985 for damages and injunctive relief arising out of the plaintiff's allegedly unlawful initial termination from employment with the Kenosha Police Department and, following his reinstatement, his subsequent sixty-day suspension without pay.
