Plaintiff filed the above-styled class action on February 9, 1979 under the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., to recover statutory damages, reasonable attorney's fees, and costs of suit by reason of Defendants' alleged violation of Regulation Z, a regulation promulgated by the Federal Reserve Board to effectuate and implement the Truth in Lending Act.
