In this action for the wrongful death of plaintiff's decedent, defendants appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict for plaintiff in the amount of $65,000. Defendants make fifteen assignments of error which relate to: the trial court's refusal to grant defendants a directed verdict on the issue of the intoxication of defendant Andrew Kirk Labato, denial of defendants' motion for a continuance due to the absence of one of defendants' key witnesses...
