The plaintiff-respondent brought a collection action against defendants-petitioners. On August 10, 1976, the trial court entered judgment for the plaintiff after trial. Part one of the court's judgment awarded damages of $16,880.97. Part two of the judgment provided that the plaintiff was entitled to a post-judgment hearing on additional attorney fees which were incurred subsequent to May 6, 1976, the date of a pretrial order.
