This is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. The petitioner, who is currently in state custody at the Fox Lake Correctional Institution, alleges that his pleas of guilty to burglary and attempted burglary were involuntary and therefore he should be allowed to withdraw them.
