Michael Leroy Coleman, hereinafter referred to as the defendant was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-77-2054, for the offense of Shooting With Intent to Kill, in violation of 21 O.S.Supp. 1977, § 652, After Former Conviction of a Felony. His punishment was fixed at life imprisonment and from said judgment and sentence, an appeal has been perfected...
