This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment of the Superior Court in a case arising out of a dispute over an alleged agreement to pay a real estate broker's commission. The plaintiff, Kates Corporation (Kates), seeks to recover a commission on the sale of real property, located at Weeden Street and Reservoir Avenue in Pawtucket, by defendant Jordan B.
