Appellee, Harold M. Wells, brought this action against his employer and its insurance carrier seeking workmen's compensation benefits as the result of a heart attack which he suffered on January 17, 1977. The complaint alleged that a further attack occurred on August 4, 1977, and these episodes were alleged to "constitute injuries by accident arising out of and in the course of" the employment.
