Appellant was tried for murder and convicted of voluntary manslaughter. His defense was justification, and his testimony was that he believed the victim was going into his house for a weapon. The victim was shot in the back as he entered his house. A search of the victim's house immediately after the shooting revealed no weapon. Enumerated as error is the trial court's refusal to allow a state's witness to testify on cross examination that on the day...
