Appeal is taken from a summary judgment in favor of the contingent beneficiary of a life insurance policy in this diversity suit. We affirm.

James Reynolds was the insured under a life insurance policy with American-Amicable Life Insurance Company which was issued while Reynolds was in the United States Air Force and stationed in South Carolina.
