FLANIGAN, Chief Judge.

A jury found the defendant Allen Locke guilty of the murder of Ronald Max Ray and fixed the punishment at life imprisonment. Judgment and sentence were entered upon the verdict. The sentence recited that defendant "be committed to the custody of the Division of Corrections during his natural life, and that said defendant not be eligible for probation or parole until he has served a minimum of fifty years of his sentence."
